Snail farm

The snail farm in Maniquerville near Fécamp is an eco-friendly farm which raises snails : reproduction room, hatching room, nursery and outdoor park for their growth.

The visit ends at the laboratory which produces ready cooked dishes.  The farm's speciality: snail loaf to be eaten with an aperitif or as a starter, sliced with lettuce.
